Fire Alarm & Detection System

Fire Pump
As per ADCD and NFPA regulations, a fire pump is mandatory at times to maintain the water pressure. The Fire Pump Set is responsible for supplying water or other Fire Retardants from a storage tank to the Sprinkler system. Depending on the project we do the installation and commissioning for all types of Fire Pumps.

Emergency Exit light Systems
We supply and do maintenance for all the emergency exit lighting system which are addressable and ensure proper functionality through simulating a power failure by disconnecting the power supply from MDB and testing the lights for proper functioning. After this test the lights are then reinstated to their normal operating condition. We also inspect all fluorescent lights for darkened signs of aging or damage and recommending for replacement where necessary. Preparing a report on lights that fail to function the discharge test.
Deluge Fire Sprinkler System
A deluge fire sprinkler system is similar to a wet pipe fire sprinkler system as it uses a combination of water & Foam, the difference being that the sprinkler heads are always open and are not activated by heat. Instead, this system is connected and activated by a fire alarm system, which the valve releases the water when activated.

Annual Maintenance
Having a fire and safety system is mandatory. But if proper maintenance is not carried out, these can have an immense effect in case of a fire outage. In Abu Dhabi, in order to attain the fitness certificate that is necessary for the renewal of the license, the office/building should have a maintenance contract from any of the ADCD Approved contractors in Abu Dhabi.

Fire Extinguishers
